Arizona OIC’s Learning Center is open Monday through Friday (8:00-4:00) and is closed on all holidays. Participation in any class requires the student to fill out an application at our office on 39 East Jackson Street, Phoenix, Arizona.

These courses are approved by the state of Arizona to be covered by the GI Bill and the WIA. One of our most successful programs is our sponsored GED preparation course. This class meets Monday - Friday, 8:30AM – 12:00PM, and new classes begin monthly. 96% of the students who take the GED test have been successful due to this course. Full scholarships are available for dedicated students. Come into the office to fill out an application and register for this class.
Adult Basic Computer Literacy
The ABCL program offers FREE Basic, Intermediate, and Advanced Computer courses. This class meets on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays from 9:00AM – 11:00AM
Computer Basic introduces the history of computers, general literacy, hardware, and software.
Computer Intermediate deals with exterior peripherals, interior peripherals, and Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, Access, and Publisher applications).
Computer Advanced teaches basic programming and use of the Internet and social media (Facebook, Google, Twitter, email, and LinkedIn).
